    MAT-100 Placement Tests

    As a mathematics course is a part of your major's curriculum, you will need to complete a mathematics placement test. The results of the placement test will be used to determine your placement into MAT-100 Basic Algebra Fundamentals, a 1-credit online mathematics course. If your placement test results indicate placement into MAT-100, you will automatically be enrolled in MAT-100 for the fall semester.

    This placement test will be administered online through Microsoft Teams. You will need a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam to complete the placement test. Other devices, such as phones and tablets, will not work.

    Please select an available date from those below and then log in to your Bridge to Carlow account to complete the registration form. Note that each time slot only has 2 testing spaces available. Further information and instructions on how to access the exam will be emailed to you as the test date draws nearer.
