Visit the Carlow Campus

Individual Visits

A campus visit is the best way to see what Carlow has to offer. We schedule visits Monday through Thursday 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Call 1-800-333-CARLOW to schedule an appointment.

During your individual visit you will:

  • Meet with Your Personal Admissions Counselor. Discuss the admissions and financial aid process. During your visit you may submit an application, bring an official high school transcript and SAT scores to receive an admissions consultation and, in most cases, an admissions decision.

  • Pick up an Estimated Financial Aid Package. If you complete the Early Evaluation Form at least one week prior to your visit, you may pick up an Estimated Financial Aid Package the day you visit. The Early Evaluation Form is available by calling the Admissions office at 412-578-6059 or online by clicking here.
  • Tour our Hillside Campus. Explore the campus with a current Carlow student. See where you would take classes, hang out, and live. Guided tours are given Monday through Thursday at 10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm and Friday at 10 am and 1 pm.
  • Meet with a Professor. You have the option to meet with a professor from your academic major of interest and/or attend a college class if available.  When scheduling up your visit, please let your personal admission counselor know you are interested in this option.
