Carlow University offers a discounted tuition rate to employees of certain corporate partners and other qualifying students. 

The Partner / Corporate tuition rate is only available for students who are admitted through the Adult Degree Center or Graduate Admissions Offices and who are employed by organizations with special arrangements at Carlow University or who qualify under other specified criteria.  All individual employers, umbrella organizations and other qualifying criteria are listed below. The Partner/Corporate rate is not available for courses included in the clinical component of the Perfusion Technology program, the Art Institute affiliate program, the Master of the Fine Arts program, or doctoral programs.

A graduate student who qualifies for both a Diocesan discount and a partner rate may not receive more than 50% combined reduction in tuition charges for any semester. Only one discount rate will be applied per semester.

In order to receive the partner rate due to employment, each academic year the student must indicate the employer on the letter of intent and verify her/his employment by a participating organization.  All students must submit the appropriate verification form or acceptable equivalent to the Student Accounts Office by a specified deadline prior to the first semester attended in an academic year (Deadline for 2007/2008 is June 15, 2007).  Employer verification forms are available on the Student Accounts website and in the Student Accounts and Adult Degree Center offices.  An authorized agent of the employer must sign the form.   If applicable, proof of non-profit status or current membership in a participating umbrella organization must accompany form.
  
* UPMC Health System  employees  who receive tuition benefits through the Employee Service Center at Lothrop St. do not have to file the verification form but do need to submit the billing authorization letter.  

 Employment verification forms are selected at random for audit purposes.

Partner/corporate tuition discounts will not be awarded on a retroactive basis.
