The application process for the Hill Education Center is completed through the Adult Degree Center, to include admissions and/or placement testing and/or completion of an Advanced Standing Evaluation (ASE) to assess eligible transfer credit. Financial support is derived from the following sources: loans, grants, and various endowed scholarships. Priority for eligibility of endowed scholarships is given to full time Carlow Hill Education Center students with satisfactory academic progress and demonstrated financial need.
